Returns & exchanges
ALL RETURNS ARE ECONOMY
1. RETURNING FOR AN EXCHANGE COSTS R75
2. RETURNING FOR A REFUND COSTS R50
3. Please email email@example.com, include your order number. banking details will be emailed to you.
4. We cannot keep product aside for the exchange, the item(s) returning must first get back to our office before we can set aside the exchange product(s)
5. WE DO NOT DO RETURNS ON CAPS/WATCHES AND SALE ITEMS (LAST PAIRS & SALE CLOTHING) (ALL OUR IN STORE SALE PRODUCT IS ON OUR WEBSITE, HOWEVER IT IS NOT LABELLED AS ON SALE, PLEASE ASK US BEFORE WE DELIVER WHETHER THE ITEM ORDERED IS ON SALE
6. We must wait for the returning product to get back to us before exchanging/refunding and the goods must be undamaged/unworn with all the relevant packaging still intact/undamaged, please understand how important this is.
7. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and we will effect the exchange..
8. If an item sent to you is the wrong size/item then we will get it returned to us using express and your follow up delivery will also be express.
9. Credit Card Refunds take up to 7 days by law.
10. EFT refunds can take up to 2 days to be visible in customers account (Depending on Bank).
11. Direct Deposit Refunds will be processed within 30 minutes of product returning.
12. The courier will supply a flyer bag when collecting.
Returns and refunds must be enacted within 30 Days of receiving goods.
